Reflexology is a method for activating the healing power of the body. It is practiced mainly on your feet (also hands & face on request) which have thousands of nerves endings and interconnections through the spinal cord and brain to all areas of the body.

This Eastern medicine treatment works on the principle that there are pressure point on the feet that correspond to all organs, glands and other parts of the body.

Reflexology activates the body’s own natural healing system enabling it to heal itself, increase circulation, rejuvenate those with low energy and relax the whole body.

At SAGE we have seen the results, they can be quite remarkable. Reflexology really is the perfect way to restore a healthy balance to your body’s vital life systems.

*Please note: many clients like to finish another massage type with 30mins of Reflexology at the end. To combine Reflexology with another massage treatment type, please phone us to arrange the perfect combination for you.
